Angry Birds Golden Eggs
When Rovio Mobile first released Angry Birds in 2009 on the iPhone, not many would have expected it to become such an important part of pop culture just a couple
of years later. Almost everyone with a touchscreen cellphone has this exciting game
installed. A few months after the initial launch, Rovio supplemented the game with a
feature called ‘Golden Eggs’, which when found in the game would unlock plenty of
bonus content. In total, there are 4 Angry Birds editions, namely the original release
and three special editions called Angry Birds Seasons, Angry Birds Rio and Angry
Birds Magic. While these were all initially released as iPhone games, they are now
available across most mobile platforms and even personal computers. Work is
already underway to release gaming console versions.
Angry Birds is a game of skill and strategy in which you launch colorful birds at green
swine that have stolen the eggs of the once peaceful bird community. It is highly
rated by experts because it is a simple yet very engaging interactive game model.
Within minutes, you will have understood the objective of every level, but yet months
down the line, you could come up with new strategies to conquer every level. The
longevity of a game’s popularity depends on how exciting replaying each of its levels
can be for a gamer. The game manages its response time very effectively. Unlike
other games that are so interested in a quick response time, the developers of Angry
Birds weren’t afraid to slow it down to what still seems like a rapid pace. The slow
pace of the birds when they are launched through the air in conjunction with the
trace path of their trajectory make for an appealing user interface with virtually no
flaws.
While there are countless levels of the Angry Birds game, the objective of each
level is more or less the same. These closely-linked levels contribute heavily to the
game’s popularity as it gives users a chance to master the game as they progress
through various levels, without leading to boredom thanks to the subtle yet effective
differences between levels. The game contains an element of mystery with its
conceptual depth that creates just about the right amount of context to keep users
entertained. There are 20 golden eggs in total, and with a sufficient amount of skill,
you should be able to find them at various stages.
Even the sound effects that accompany the game are fantastic. The audio serves
to make one’s experience increasingly better by being closely mapped to the
action. While you’re playing the game, the sound is synchronized with the action
giving you a high level of feedback in the right place and at the right time. The
audio interface coupled with the visual design makes for a compelling, yet simple
gaming experience. The visual design that has been developed leaves behind
memorable images of the cartoon-like birds that you grown quite fond of as your
casual gameplay almost turns into an addiction.
